Auf rund 30 Hektar entwickelt die GEBAG Flächenentwicklung das ehemalige Ausbesserungswerk der Deutschen Bahn zu einem neuen Standort für Forschung und Entwicklung. Ein zentraler Baustein: die geplante Ansiedlung der Fakultät für Ingenieurwissenschaften der Universität Duisburg-Essen, die das Quartier zu einem Innovations-Hotspot machen wird.
Gemeinsam mit unserem langjährigen Partner, der brixx projektentwicklungs GmbH, übernehmen wir die Projektsteuerung für die Baurechtschaffung sowie die Konzeption und Erschließung der Freianlagen. Dazu gehören auch: die strukturelle und inhaltliche Steuerung der Planungsprozesse – für eine nachhaltige, qualitätsvolle Entwicklung des Quartiers. Gemeinsam mit brixx und GEBAG FE begleiten wir die nächsten Schritte von der baurechtlichen Grundlage bis zur Umsetzung.
GEBAG Flächenentwicklung is developing the former Deutsche Bahn repair works into a new location for research and development on around 30 hectares. A central component: the planned establishment of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Duisburg-Essen, which will turn the neighbourhood into an innovation hotspot.
Together with our long-standing partner, brixx projektentwicklungs GmbH, we are taking over the project management for the acquisition of building rights as well as the design and development of the open spaces. This also includes: the structural and content-related management of the planning processes - for a sustainable, high-quality development of the neighbourhood. Together with brixx and GEBAG FE, we accompany the next steps from the building law basis to realisation.
