Mitte Juni feierten wir Richtfest des INK (InspireNeuKölln). Gemeinsam mit dem Bauherrn CMF Capital GmbH und Tristan Capital Partners sowie dem Generalunternehmer ZÜBLIN und dem Architekturbüro RKW Architektur + geht es nun in die nächste Bauphase.
Auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Druckerei entsteht ein innovativer Gebäudekomplex aus zwei ineinandergreifenden, gewinkelten Baukörpern. Im Erdgeschoss sind Labor- und Gewerbeeinheiten geplant, während die sechs darüber liegenden Geschosse Büroflächen beherbergen werden.
Das herausragende Merkmal des Projekts ist die Fassade aus grüner Keramik, die speziell dafür von RKW entworfen wurde. Diese trägt nicht nur zur markanten Optik des Gebäudes bei, sondern erhöht auch dessen Energieeffizienz erheblich.
WITTE hat das Projekt bis zur GU-Vergabe des Generalunternehmers gesteuert. Derzeit betreuen André Zeggel als Projektleiter und Julia Wandelt als Projektassistentin das Bankenmonitoring. Weiter so!
In mid-June, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for INK (InspireNeuKölln). Together with the developers CMF Capital GmbH and Tristan Capital Partners as well as the general contractor ZÜBLIN and the architectural firm RKW Architektur +, we are now entering the next construction phase.
An innovative building complex consisting of two interlocking, angled structures is being built on the site of a former printing works. Laboratory and commercial units are planned for the ground floor, while the six floors above will house office space.
The outstanding feature of the project is the green ceramic façade, which was specially designed by RKW. This not only contributes to the striking appearance of the building, but also significantly increases its energy efficiency.
WITTE managed the project until the general contractor was awarded the contract. André Zeggel as project manager and Julia Wandelt as project assistant are currently in charge of bank monitoring.
