Unter dem Namen bloom Offices entsteht ein Bürogebäude mit ca. 11.300 m² Mietfläche in exponierter Lage am Ulmer Safranberg. Ende November fand die teils virtuelle Grundsteinlegung statt.
Zwei Drittel der Fläche mietet Transporeon an, ein multinationaler Logistiksoftware-Anbieter mit Hauptsitz in Ulm, der mit rund 400 Mitarbeitern einziehen wird. Der Baustart mit Ed.Züblin als Generalunternehmer erfolgte Mitte 2020. WITTE Projektmanagement Frankfurt steuert das Projekt und hat es von Anfang an technisch begleitet: vom städtebaulichen Vertrag über den Grundstückskaufvertrag bis zum Abschluss des GU-Vertrages.

Building work is underway on a project called bloom Offices – an office building with approx. 11,300 m² rental space – in a prime location in the Safranberg area of Ulm. The cornerstone was laid at the end of November and was held in part online.
Two thirds of the space will be rented by Transporeon, a multinational logistics software provider headquartered in Ulm, which will move around 400 employees into the building. Building work started in mid-2020 with Ed. Züblin as the general contractor. WITTE Projektmanagement Frankfurt is managing the project and has overseen the technical aspects since its inception, from the urban planning and land purchase contracts, up to the signing of the general contractor contract.
