Der Einsatz von BIM als Mehrwert für das Projekt: In der Münchener Sonnenstraße 23 entwickelt das Hamburger Unternehmen HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH ein Büro- und Geschäftshaus, welches mit #openBIM-Ansatz umgesetzt wird. Dabei geht es nicht nur um das Modell allein, das am Ende vorliegt, sondern um den gemeinsamen Weg dahin. „BIM setzt ganz viel auf Transparenz und Zusammenarbeit. Das gelingt uns dann, wenn wir von Anfang an klare Ziele und genau die Anwendungsfälle definieren, die schließlich die Mehrwerte bringen. Vor allem aber ist es wichtig, dass wir in einem gut funktionierenden Team arbeiten“, so @Marin Mandov, Bereichsleiter BIM bei WITTE Projektmanagement. „Das heißt: klare Anforderungen, jeden in den Prozess einzubinden, jedem seine Verantwortlichkeiten bewusst machen und auch genügend Gestaltungsfreiraum lassen.“

And we can achieve this by working from the very start to define clear goals and the exact use cases that ultimately deliver added value. But the most important thing is that we work as part of an effective team,” says @Marin Mandov, BIM Manager at WITTE Projektmanagement. “This means setting clear requirements, involving everyone in the process, making everyone aware of their responsibilities and leaving plenty of scope for implementing our ideas as well.”
