Vertrauen, Leidenschaft, Respekt und Fairness – das sind einige der Grundpfeiler, wie wir als Team bei WITTE miteinander umgehen: im Büro, auf der Baustelle oder bei Events. Bei unserer Arbeit gehen wir mit derselben Leidenschaft vor, die wir erneut beim unserem diesjährigen 18-Stunden-Kartrennen erlebt haben. Jedes Teammitglied bringt seine individuellen Stärken ein, wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig, um unsere gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen. Dabei spielt Respekt gegenüber jedem Einzelnen eine große Rolle. Wir schätzen die Vielfalt und jede neue Idee.
Stichwort „NEU“: Obwohl Technik und Infrastruktur noch nicht ganz so weit sind, das Rennen tatsächlich 18 Stunden lang mit E-Karts auszutragen, denken wir immer mehr in diese Richtung und haben da schon einiges angeschoben. So ging es beim diesjährigen Rennen zumindest schon mal beim Qualifying elektrisch auf den Asphalt!
Danach startetet insgesamt 21 Teams in das Rennen um die begehrten Plätze beim Heißen Asphalt 2023. WITTE war wieder mit drei Teams dabei. Das WITTE Racing Team fuhr souverän auf das Siegerpodest. Zwar musste Sieger-Pokal für ein Jahr an das LIEBERT Racing Team abgeben werden, aber der 3. Platz ist in diesem starken Fahrerfeld eine großartige Leistung. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
Insgesamt war es wieder ein Rennen auf hohem fahrerischen Niveau. Und was vor allem zählte: der Teamspirit – im eigenen Team, aber auch unter allen teilnehmenden 21 Teams. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön an alle, die dabei waren – an alle Fahrerinnen und Fahrer, die Boxencrew und das Team vom Spreewaldring.
So wie wir Events leben, gestalten wir auch unsere Arbeit.
Trust, passion, respect and fairness - these are some of the cornerstones of how we treat each other as a team at WITTE: in the office, on the construction site or at events. We approach our work with the same passion that we experienced again at our 18-hour kart race this year. Each team member contributes his or her individual strengths, we support each other to achieve our common goals. Respect for each individual plays a big role in this. We appreciate diversity and every new idea.
Keyword "NEW": Although technology and infrastructure are not quite ready to actually hold the race for 18 hours with e-karts, we are thinking more and more in this direction and have already pushed things in this direction. At least this year's qualifying was electric!
After that, a total of 21 teams started the race for the coveted places at the Hot Asphalt 2023. WITTE was there again with three teams. The WITTE Racing Team took a commanding place on the winners' podium. Although the winner's trophy had to be handed over to the LIEBERT Racing Team for a year, 3rd place is a great achievement in this strong field of drivers. Congratulations!
All in all, it was again a race on a high level of driving. And what counted above all for every team: the team spirit - in one's own team, but also among all 21 participating teams. A big thank you to everyone who took part - to all the drivers, the pit crew and the team from the Spreewaldring.
